Ladders is seeking a Sr. Security Research II, DataOps (Remote) to join our client’s information security team.

The role focuses on technical data collection, automation, and threat intelligence to strengthen cybersecurity operations and improve data quality across high-volume pipelines. The successful candidate will design AI-powered automation, build reliable data pipelines and APIs in cloud environments, and collaborate with remote, cross-functional stakeholders to support rapid incident

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence and operational security.
• Proficient in Python or another programming language for data extraction and automation tasks.
• Experience with AI technologies and building automation systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and visualization methods.
• Familiarity with the deep and dark web and cybercriminal economies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote work environments.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Security Research II, DataOps (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on technical data collection, automation, and threat intelligence in support of cybersecurity operations. The position will help build reliable data pipelines and AI-enabled tooling that improve visibility into emerging threats and strengthen the organization’s ability to respond to data quality issues quickly. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders on remote teams to support high-volume, mission-critical data operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $155,000 annually
