What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide expertise in Identity Management solutions and service offerings to clients
2. Identify customer needs through data analysis and engagement to recommend solutions
3. Collaborate with internal teams to support solution sales cycles and ensure successful delivery
4. Execute consulting projects by creating and completing deliverables to meet client needs
5. Mentor and guide other consultants within the practice discipline

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 7+ years of client-facing experience in designing and implementing Identity Management solutions
3. 2-3 years' experience with Saviynt IGA Enterprise Identity Cloud for large organizations
4. Proven understanding of security services engagements and ability to deliver complex solutions successfully
5. Strong knowledge of IAM industry and technical security solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM/CISA/CRISC, and GIAC (GSEC)
2. Vendor-specific certifications like Okta Workforce, Sailpoint ISC - IIQ, or CyberArk
3. Experience in engaging C-Suite and technical stakeholders effectively
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
5. Strong presentation skills and experience leading discussions
