About the role:

You will participate in software development projects with a top client in the Beverage/Retail industry as a Scrum Master.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Plan and facilitate Scrum activities/ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in team management, including onboarding/offboarding and performance coaching.
• Stakeholder management skills, dealing with internal and external team members.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Break down work from requirements and user stories to tasks, manage backlog.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher).
