Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end OTC and MM processes and drive SAP S/4HANA implementations in a global setting. You will oversee master data, pricing, procurement, and fulfillment while coordinating across SAP modules and business partners.

The role requires 15+ years of SAP experience, strong leadership, and AGILE capabilities to deliver greenfield or brownfield transformations with a focus on Clean Core best practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP functional experience with 4-5 full lifecycles, focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of Pricing, ATP, LE, Material valuation, MRP and PO release strategies.
• Ability to lead workshops, blueprinting, gap analysis and drive greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA implementations.

• Architect end-to-end OTC and MM processes including master data, sales order processing, pricing, procurement, inventory management, and billing.

SAP MM (Materials Management) and OTC (Order-to-Cash) Architect:

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect end-to-end OTC and MM processes including customer/vendor master data, sales order processing, pricing, procurement, inventory management, and billing
• Cross-Module Integration: Align system architecture across SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning).
• Business Transformation: Lead requirement gathering workshops, blueprinting, and gap analysis, often driving greenfield or brownfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Governance: Enforce "Clean Core" SAP best practices, ensure compliance with data governance, and review functional specifications for custom developments

Core Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 15+ years of SAP functional experience with at least 4-5 full-lifecycle implementations, heavily focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Pricing, ATP (Available-to-Promise), Logistics Execution (LE), Material valuation, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and PO release strategies.
• Soft Skills: Strong executive presence for stakeholder alignment, AGILE methodology familiarity, and cross-team leadership capabilities.

Typical Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Technology.
• Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Certified Application Associate or Solution Architect is strongly preferred.

Pay and Bene fits

Pay Range Minimum: $174,000

Pay Range Maximum: $257,000
