Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and access management frameworks.
- Implement IAM policies, workflows, and best practices to secure access across systems and applications.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application teams.
- Lead IAM tool evaluations, proof of concepts (POCs), and implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Define and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.

Required Skills:
- Strong background in identity management, governance, and access control.
- Hands-on experience integrating connected and disconnected applications.
- Hands-on experience with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, web service connector, and authoritative source integration (such as ServiceNow and Workday)
- Experience with XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Strong background in defining and enforcing IAM policies, implementing fine-grained access controls, and managing identity lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) in enterprise environments.
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies; create documentation for design and testing.
- Strong experience in developing connectors, approval workflows, custom event handlers, custom scheduled tasks, and reconciliation, and strong expertise in customization workflows.
- Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and RBAC protocols.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with security, network, and infrastructure teams to align IAM requirements with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting support for integration issues, user access problems, and permissions conflicts within the system.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation and maintain up-to-date records of integration configurations and IAM processes.
- Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept, and implementation.
- Proven experience in program management and vendor oversight, with the ability to lead and deliver successful implementations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of access management, compliance requirements, and identity management systems administration.
- Skilled in leading IAM architecture discussions, providing strategic technical guidance, and driving best practices in identity security across complex SaaS and cloud environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JAVA)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in IAM.
- Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
