Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT systems administration experience.
• 8+ years administering large SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager).
• Experience with SAP BTP setup, cloud connectivity, and governance.
• Hands-on migration projects from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proven knowledge of ChaRM for transport management and DVM frameworks.
• Proficient with Enterprise Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with SAP Joule across S/4HANA, IBP, and Concur; SAC/Ariba knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP environments including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, SAP HANA, and MS SQL.
• Monitor system health, perform performance tuning, workload analysis, HA/DR planning.
• Lead Data Volume Management initiatives: archiving, table optimization, memory tuning.
• Manage transports and release processes via ChaRM and TMS.
• Administer SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, IAS/IPS, entitlements and service bindings.
• Support SAP BDC operations and Joule integrations where applicable.
• Lead migration of PO/PI interfaces to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations, APIs, OData, and hybrid connectivity.
• Support underlying Linux/Windows OS and database environments.

Seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to support and optimize a complex SAP landscape across SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration platforms. This role combines traditional SAP Basis administration with cloud platform management, performance optimization, and modernization initiatives, including SAP BTP Integration Suite migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP environments including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, SAP HANA, and MS SQL.
• Monitor system health, perform performance tuning, workload analysis, and manage high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies.
• Develop and execute Data Volume Management (DVM) initiatives, including archiving, table optimization, and HANA memory tuning.
• Manage transports and release processes through SAP ChaRM and TMS.
• Administer SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including Cloud Connector, IAS/IPS, entitlements, service bindings, and platform governance.
• Support SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) operations and SAP Joule AI integrations where applicable.
• Lead migration of SAP PO/PI interfaces to SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations, APIs, OData services, and hybrid system connectivity.
• Support underlying Linux and Windows operating systems and database environments.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience in IT systems administration and enterprise technical architecture.
• 8+ years administering large-scale SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager), with deep knowledge of SAP HANA and relational databases.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP BTP setup, cloud connectivity, and platform governance.
• Hands-on experience executing migration projects from SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proven working knowledge of SAP ChaRM for transport management and practical experience implementing DVM frameworks.
• Proficiency administering SAP workloads on Enterprise Linux (SLES/RHEL) and Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating SAP Joule across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and SAP Concur.
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Working knowledge of SAP SaaS applications such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Ariba, IBP.
