Our Salesforce team is growing and looking for a Sr Salesforce Training & Communications Specialist. In this position, you will collaborate with the Salesforce Change team, Salesforce Advocates, Business Leaders, and Field to develop and implement strategies that enhance user adoption and minimize resistance. An important element of this role is contextual knowledge of producer experience, their priorities and the nuances between divisions. You will serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools. You will have regular meetings with Advocates, Market Leaders and Area Presidents to gather insights, assess utilization, and identify training needs. You’ll collaborate heavily with local Sales Operations and Salesforce Advocates to conduct tailored Salesforce Training sessions and craft communications that highlight Salesforce benefits and business use cases for producers.
This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada.
