Job summary

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing Salesforce data to uncover valuable insights, creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Sigma to visualize key metrics, and developing data models to support BI initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to standardize KPI data definitions, establish primary key relationships between Salesforce objects, and build tables that enable our solar sales business to track customer journey metrics and sales representative productivity effectively. Validation against existing manual reporting processes will also be a crucial aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Salesforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our solar sales business.


• Creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Sigma to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.


• Developing data models and schemas to support BI initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Snowflake data warehouse.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the Salesforce CRM platform, with a deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture and object relationships.
