Job Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and configure new Salesforce functionality to support user adoption, including objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
• Collaborate with business owners to design, configure, and test components for new user groups, such as app configuration, data sets, and profiles.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, release processes, data models, and integrated applications.
• Participate in impact assessments and design reviews for system enhancements.
• Lead testing efforts for new releases to ensure compatibility with existing processes.
• Provide training and onboarding for new Salesforce users.
• Ensure compliance with Medtronic's Information Protection Policies and Standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
