Role Overview

Colbri is looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, capable of driving greenfield implementations, and skilled at bridging business requirements with technical solutions.

We welcome consultants from diverse backgrounds; diversity is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash) and Service Cloud
• Lead and mentor development teams through solution design, build, and deployment
• Act as a hands‑on architect, contributing to configuration, customization, and integrations when required
• Drive greenfield Salesforce implementations, including data model design, security model, and automation strategy
• Collaborate closely with Business Teams and Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure best practices around Salesforce architecture, performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in solution reviews, design documentation, and stakeholder presentations

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong architectural ownership
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative automation
• Experience leading greenfield implementations from design to production
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business‑friendly terms
• Experience working directly with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners

Nice to Have

• Experience or exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities / AI‑driven implementations
• Salesforce Architect and/or Consultant certifications
