What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to define and implement scalable technical solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Manage all operations of Salesforce Health Cloud, providing oversight, maintenance, configuration, reporting, and training.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee all integrations with other Salesforce orgs and external systems, ensuring smooth operations.
- Mentor other Salesforce resources and manage the Sr. Salesforce Administrator for Health Cloud.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with 10+ years in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certifications of Application Architect and/or System Architect, as well as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
- Experience managing offshore development teams and collaborating with external vendors as a technology lead.
- Proven ability to facilitate teams to consensus on scope, design, and implementation decisions.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
- Strong experience with the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including object/field customization and sandbox management.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- 10+ years of experience using Flosum or other deployment tools.
- Creative thinker with a vision for innovative solutions.
