What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage daily administration of Salesforce, including user setup, security settings, profiles, and roles
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs or middleware
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to optimize Salesforce usage

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, administration, and development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
