Sr. Sales Representative, Employee Benefits

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced sales professional with 7+ years of success in selling Employee Benefit products through brokers and consultants within a defined region. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships, promoting Voya products, and managing renewal responsibilities for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive product knowledge, strong marketplace relationships, and be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote Voya Employee Benefits products to brokers and consultants in the assigned territory.
  2. Manage renewals for all existing accounts.
  3. Establish new sales through relationships with third parties, brokers, dealers, and direct clients.
  4. Achieve sales targets for products including Group Life, Disability, Stop Loss, UL, WL, CI, Accident, HI, and DI.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of successful sales/marketing experience in Employee Benefits.
  • Extensive product knowledge and strong marketplace relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely within a 50-mile radius of the assigned office.
Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range: $49,440 - $61,801 USD, with incentive opportunities. Voya offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, volunteer time, and more.
