Overview

In this role you will be
  • Driving new growth within the Life Safety OEM space by prospecting and breaking into new accounts.
  • Building relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams at leading OEMs like Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Altronix, and PDK.
  • Leveraging channel-agnostic sales (OEMs, distributors, marketing partnerships) to maximize revenue.
  • Leading a complex sales cycle (6–12 months) with technical stakeholders and C-suite influencers.
  • Partnering with inside sales, marketing, and executive leadership to create demand and expand market share.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $100K–150K+ depending on experience and location
  • Commission: 25% of base, uncapped with accelerators
