In this role you will be
- Driving new growth within the Life Safety OEM space by prospecting and breaking into new accounts.
- Building relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams at leading OEMs like Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Altronix, and PDK.
- Leveraging channel-agnostic sales (OEMs, distributors, marketing partnerships) to maximize revenue.
- Leading a complex sales cycle (6–12 months) with technical stakeholders and C-suite influencers.
- Partnering with inside sales, marketing, and executive leadership to create demand and expand market share.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $100K–150K+ depending on experience and location
- Commission: 25% of base, uncapped with accelerators

- Breaking into entrenched OEM accounts with complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders. Success requires technical acumen, persistence, and strong executive presence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience into Life Safety OEMs (Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, or Video Surveillance)
- Strong consultative sales approach and ability to influence engineers and executives alike
- Knowledge of battery/energy storage systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must reside near a major airport hub
