Cadent is seeking a senior level sales executive specialized in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare category. The Healthcare Sales Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales momentum nationally among brand direct and agency clients within the Health vertical, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, and hospitals. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital media sales, specifically selling HCP and DTC digital media solutions to brand and agency clients. They should be strategic, consultative, driven, and able to build and scale a book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new revenue opportunities; drive account growth and profitability, including new business, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present and evangelize the Cadent Health platform and value proposition to agencies and brands through detailed capabilities presentations and demos.
  • Manage client communication, strategic planning, and troubleshooting to promote client satisfaction; develop executive relationships within accounts.
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation to align client needs with products and solutions.
  • Set sales strategies and achieve quarterly/annual goals.
  • Negotiate contracts supporting new sales, account growth, and renewals.
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in digital advertising.
  • Create value and differentiate services/products from competitors.
  • Collaborate with strategy and account management teams; provide feedback to product teams.
  • Own revenue forecasting via Salesforce.com and ensure accuracy of sales data.
  • Communicate effectively, work independently to acquire new accounts, and grow existing ones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • 7+ years of digital media & SaaS/enterprise sales experience.
  • Familiarity with DSP, programmatic space, and ad agency ecosystem.
  • Experience selling nationally to brand direct and agency clients in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical verticals.
  • Proven track record selling HCP and DTC solutions to Pharma and agency clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player, highly organized, and multitasking capable.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strategic, solution-oriented, and customer service focused.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.

Compensation range: $150-200K base plus commission. Benefits include full health coverage, generous PTO, and a vibrant office culture.
