This is not just another role; it is a chance to help build a high-growth business with the speed of a focused team and the strength of a global energy storage leader behind it.

Your work can directly influence how critical infrastructure becomes faster, more resilient, and more sustainable. We are looking for builders, challengers, and customer-focused leaders who want to shape a market, grow with the business, and leave a visible mark on the future of energy.

  • Work closely with engineering and product planning to influence ecosystem players to design-in and deploy the supercapacitor solutions.
  • Lead the full commercial cycle: account mapping, opportunity qualification, pricing strategy, negotiation, contracting, and closure.
  • Own global sales targets: bookings, revenue, margin, and forecast accuracy.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure successful customer execution and on-time delivery.
  • Strengthen Maxwell market positioning through customer engagement, thought leadership, events, and partner co-marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and customer needs to shape strategy and improve win rates.
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage, weekly forecast reporting, and robust account plans for strategic customers.
