Job Description

We are seeking ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team at Simform. As an SDR, you'll generate new business opportunities, work closely with our Sales Team, and help convert prospects into customers. We value passion for technology and self-motivation. Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Run effective prospecting cycles alongside an inside sales team to develop relationships and opportunity pipeline.
  2. Leverage and mine your own network to hunt for opportunities.
  3. Create campaign/channel outreach plan, team structure and execute it to develop the pipeline.
  4. Strengthen relationships with new accounts and existing accounts with the goal to expand accounts.
  5. Stay updated about cloud, data, AI technologies and their use cases within target ICPs and apply consultative and empathetic sales methods to drive better results.
  6. Drive business in a multi-level enterprise company with a skill set of working with C-Level Executives and IT.
  7. Conduct weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports to proactively move opportunities down the funnel and drive closure.
  8. Report on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management.
  9. Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track the results.

Requirements

  1. Proven capability to build relationships with CIO/VP/Director-level client contacts.
  2. Excellent in-person presentation and interpersonal skills.
  3. A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  4. Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota.
  5. Background in relationship-building and contract negotiations.
  6. Demonstrated ability to independently build a large pipeline of outbound leads, pursue and close.
  7. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience with selling consulting and IT services/solutions for an established IT consulting/engineering company with team management experience.
  8. Strong business acumen and understanding of industry-specific business drivers.

  • Flexible
  • Remote - CA, TX, NY, Chicago

Pay + Incentives (OTE)

  • $100-$150k Base + $30-50k OTE
