Doble Engineering Company in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to administer and optimize its sales incentive programs. You will manage commission calculations, plan administration, reporting, and system configurations across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance.
Responsibilities include analyzing payout trends, maintaining data, and leading a modern incentive compensation platform implementation with cross-functional stakeholders.
A Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Doble Engineering is responsible for administering and supporting the company's sales compensation programs through accurate commission calculations, incentive plan administration, reporting, analytics, and system management. This role serves as the primary operational liaison between Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance to ensure compensation plans are accurately implemented, commissions are calculated correctly, and incentive programs are executed efficiently. This position is located at Doble's Marlborough facility and will report directly to the VP of Business Systems and SIOP.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job related skills, as well as relevant education or training experience.
Salary Pay Range Minimum $97,136 - Midpoint $121,420
