The incumbent will work with the existing team to review incident reports, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to meeting various environmental compliance requirements. Fluency in Spanish is required.

The Role:

• Conduct monthly safety performance audits and inspections.
• Develop and track action items as a result of safety performance audits.
• Conduct new hire and transferred employee orientations.
• Conduct specialized department and/or monthly management training as required or as appropriate.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in OHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering preferred
• 4+ years of Health and Safety experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with managing and implementing H&S procedures at a manufacturing site
• Strong communication skills, ability to lead and coordinate with employees at all levels
