Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Technician with hands-on experience in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, RF systems, and electronic troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our engineering and production teams by building, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies, with a focus on high-frequency and RF-related circuitry.


Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and rework PCB assemblies, including surface mount and through-hole components.
  • Perform RF and analog/digital circuit testing, characterization, and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and other test equipment.
  • Assist in the development, verification, and validation of prototype hardware and systems.
  • Interpret and work from schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs, and engineering instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve electrical and system-level issues during design and production phases.
  • Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions for electronic systems and components.
  • Support RF test setups, including soldering of coaxial connectors, shielding, and cable assemblies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and modifications.
  • Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices in electronics assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality control standards.
