A leading company in financial services seeks a Senior Retirement Specialist to drive sales and enhance retirement planning for corporate clients across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and territory management skills, as well as necessary financial licenses. This position will serve our Corporate/Private Sector clients across Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Western PA, and Upstate NY. Living within the territory is required.
Required licenses include Series 6/7, 63, and 65/66.

As a Senior Retirement Specialist, your responsibilities include driving sales, providing education, and delivering service to plan participants. You will develop and maintain relationships, conduct educational sessions, and identify prospects for new small cases.
Other duties as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Retirement Services Program Director; no direct reports.
Education: Undergraduate degree in related fields preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: FINRA Series 6, life, and health licenses required; Series 63 and 65 may be necessary.
Experience: Minimum of three years in financial, sales, or educational services.
Skills: Knowledge of 457 plans, financial products, and the public sector; strong communication, presentation, and territory management skills; ability to navigate political and economic landscapes effectively.
Leadership qualities and other competencies may be prioritized.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the territory. Work may include remote options.
