Summary

This position is responsible supporting Spectrum Reach’s Enterprise Strategy and Analytics department with a focus on Insights and Storytelling. Responsible for creating and maintaining data-focused collateral for internal and external audiences, analyzing large data-sets and mining for storytelling elements, as well as collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively within Strategy & Analytics to pull reporting from internal and external sources, and analyze results.
  • Request data from internal sources when needed – collaborate with these teams on deadlines, needs and expectations
  • Assist with data visualization and storytelling as needed.
  • Own and maintain standard internal deliverables (reports, content pieces) while collaborating with internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Cultivate, curate and grow Strategy & Analytics presence on internal sites (myspectrumreach.com). Collect and analyze internal use/download metrics and mine for insights and potential optimization.
  • Act as official liaison between Strategy & Analytics and internal communications teams. Socializing our content and elevating S&A’s voice within the organization.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities
  • Act as a Strategy & Analytics project manager (keeping project elements organized)
  • Other duties as requested
Qualifications
  • Confidence to voice and share opinions/viewpoints in brainstorming meetings/ideation sessions.
  • Ability to review content for accuracy, content, tone and usability – and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively – maintain flexibility/ability to pivot if needed.
  • Advanced understanding of data, ability to read, analyze, interpret and extract insights.
  • Media Math experience/exposure
  • Good communication/people/relationship building skills across all levels of company personnel and leadership.
  • Great organizational skills and experience managing timelines/deadlines
Education

Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work and/or education experience

Related Work Experience
  • 4+ years working with or supporting a sales or marketing team
  • Advanced working knowledge of marketing, media, advertising
Highly Preferred Qualifications
  • Relationship builder with great people skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to (history of) documenting process
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PPT (other data visualization tools).
  • Experience with pivot tables/slicers within Excel
  • Experience/exposure to Tableau/Altyrex
  • SQL/Python knowledge a plus
  • Working knowledge of AI

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $60,900.00 and $117,240.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
