Job Title: Sr. Repair and Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Branchburg, NJ

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Repair and Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments, and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work on equipment, utilities, and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components, including PLCs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Determine appropriate tools, materials, and methods for repairs.
• Train maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate equipment manuals, warranties, and maintenance records.
• Review work orders and ensure detailed documentation.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance priorities to support production goals.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• 3+ years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
