Job summary

Technical Link LLC is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead multiple projects in Milpitas, CA. You will perform risk assessments, design test plans for new products, and drive FMEA sessions with cross-functional teams to mitigate technical risk.

Responsibilities include data analysis of large test datasets, root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions. Onsite work is required, with a strong emphasis on lab testing and field failure review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Willingness to work in a BSL2 lab and prepare blood samples for testing (training provided).
• Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in Milpitas, CA.
• No drug screening required.

Experience Required

• 5–10 years overall
• Minimum 5 years of reliability engineering experience (or equivalent experimental/statistical testing experience); 2 years may be substituted with an advanced engineering degree

Skills & Certifications

• Basic statistical analysis for interpreting test data
• Reliability analysis and reliability engineering fundamentals (life predictions, root cause analysis, environmental/accelerated testing)
• Strong communication skills
• Nice to have: DFMEA, electronics hardware design, fluidics, optics, test automation (LabView, Arduino)
• Nice to have: Six Sigma tools, design of experiments, data tools (Minitab, MATLAB, JMP, R)
