Job summary

EverTrust Bank is seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager (Commercial Loan) to lead business development, manage a commercial loan portfolio, and cultivate client relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth.

The role provides leadership to regional teams and ensures strong portfolio performance and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will oversee loan portfolios, review credit analyses, and cross-sell additional bank products and services, while training and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate, direct, and administer loan opportunities through regional staff to achieve profit, growth, and customer service objectives of the Bank.
• Lead business development with designated region to grow deposits, loan assets, and fee-based services.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to staff under supervision; develop leadership across Branch Managers and Team Leaders.
• Manage, maintain, and service a Commercial Loan portfolio; monitor performance and client relationships.
• Review credit and financial analysis for new loan requests and existing loans from Underwriters.
• Actively cross-sell the Bank’s other products and services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sr. Relationship Manager leads business development efforts, manages commercial loan portfolios, and cultivates client relationships to drive loan, deposit, and fee income growth. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible and accountable for originating, directing, and administering, through subordinate personnel in the designated region to achieve profit, growth, and customer service objectives of the Bank through the development of deposits, loan assets, and fee-based services.
• Responsible for and direct all functions of business development with designated region.
• Providing training, guidance and other support to all staff under supervision.
• Provide leadership and support to all Branch Managers and Team Leaders within designated region.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance and service of a Commercial Loan portfolio.
• Review credit and financial analysis for new loan request & existing loans from Underwriters.
• Actively cross-selling Bank's other products and services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Years of Experience:3-5years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Abilities & Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
