Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Sr. Regional Safety Manager to oversee warehouse safety programs for a dedicated region in North America.

The role emphasizes program management, audits, goal setting, and leadership of Safety personnel to implement initiatives. The position offers a salary of $175,000–$200,000 plus day-one medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with matching, profit-sharing, life and disability insurance, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and on-site campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of warehouse safety program management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Worker's compensation and EHS experience a plus.
• Travel: Available for travel to North American locations.
