We are a mission-driven company that values autonomy and ownership of careers, and we seek talented CrowdStrikers who share a passion for innovation, customers, community and teamwork.

About the Role

As a Sr. Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for field marketing across the NAMER region. You’ll build and execute integrated programs—including live, virtual, and partner-led engagements—to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen our brand in market. You’ll act as the connective tissue between regional sales, channel teams, and corporate marketing—translating go-to-market strategy into action while tailoring execution to the unique dynamics of each segment. This role suits a proactive, collaborative marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and can flex across segments and partner motions with purpose and precision.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate as a marketing business owner, accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and partner segments.
  • Be the voice of the region, ensuring alignment with global marketing programs while adapting content, messaging, and execution to local market realities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive Stage 1 pipeline generation, ensuring every touchpoint is connected and measurable.
  • Orchestrate integrated field campaigns—including CrowdTour, roadshows, executive dinners, and ABX plays—designed to deliver both brand and business impact.
  • Partner with product marketing, growth ops, and regional campaigns to build targeted programs and meaningful customer journeys.
  • Measure and report ROI for all marketing activities; optimize based on data, insights, and feedback loops.
  • Support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team culture and knowledge-sharing.
What You’ll Need
  • 7–15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of field/partner marketing campaigns in the tech sector (preferably cybersecurity or IT).
  • Proven ability to build and scale regional marketing programs that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills—you lead with clarity and influence.
  • Experience executing campaigns to win net new logos and increase customer adoption within install base, campaign orchestration (e.g. account-based marketing), and pipeline reporting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and data-driven measurement frameworks.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a need for action; you\'re resourceful, organized, and outcomes-driven.
  • A reputation for being a team player and trusted partner to sales and business stakeholders.
Bonus Points
  • Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of threat intelligence landscape
  • Past experience working with agencies or third-party vendors
  • Passion for data storytelling and campaign optimization
  • Curiosity, loyalty, and a commitment to growing alongside a high-performance team
