Jabil seeks a Senior Inventory Control Manager to lead the inventory control strategy and readiness for new manufacturing sites across the US Growth organization. You will design and implement inventory control processes, warehouse operations, systems, and governance to enable Day 1 readiness.

The Senior Inventory Control Manager will lead the inventory control strategy and operational readiness for new manufacturing sites across the US Growth organization. This role is responsible for designing and implementing inventory control processes, warehouse operations, systems, and governance that enable successful production launches.
Working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, IT, and Quality, this leader will establish scalable standards and ensure every new site is operationally ready from Day 1.
Expect approximately 75% travel supporting new site readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands‑on, and skilled in project planning, task tracking, and execution to ensure successful site launches.
Preferred locations: St. Pete, Virginia, North Carolina, Richardson.

The pay range for this role is $135,700 - $244,300. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: September 30, 2026.As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self.
