Job Summary

Robert Half Technology is seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Delivery Center. Our nationwide team of Senior Recruiters focuses on placing candidates with highly in-demand skill sets such as (ERP, ERM, CRM, Cloud, Security, InfoSec, IT Audit/Risk, Vulnerability, UX/UI, Big Data, Java, .Net, C++). The main responsibility will be filling job orders for clients on contract or contract-to-hire basis.

As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Candidate recruitment and retention: Proven experience across the entire recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, qualifying, technical assessments, submitting candidates, interview coordination, negotiating, and closing for IT requirements. Utilize candidate networks, internal databases, job boards, social media, and job postings to source top IT talent for contract and contract-to-hire roles.

  2. Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and maintain contact with current contractors to ensure excellent customer service. Resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  3. Leads: Generate leads and gather market intelligence to support new client development. Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry insights, referrals, and new business opportunities.

  4. Business development: Meet and exceed weekly goals.

  5. Work environment: Thrive in a fast-paced recruiting role, focusing on quality while managing high candidate volumes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven IT recruiting experience in areas such as (ERP, ERM, CRM, Cloud, Security, InfoSec, IT Audit/Risk, Vulnerability, UX/UI, Big Data, Java, .Net, C++) or related skills.

  • Strong understanding of IT requirements to identify qualified candidates and explain job roles effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships throughout the recruiting process.

  • Desire to build a career in recruiting, with proven negotiating and closing skills.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Capability to multitask and persevere in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with urgency.

  • Highly focused and self-motivated to meet goals.

  • Experience with top job boards and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

The typical salary range is $51,000 to $89,000, negotiable based on experience and location. The role may include performance-based bonuses.
