Job summary

Unity is seeking a recruiter to partner with hiring managers across a fast-paced organization, owning full-cycle recruiting from first conversation to signed offer.

You will evaluate technical talent, even when not a subject matter expert, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep searches moving and hires on track. Strong communication and urgency are essential.

• Track record of building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers
• Comfortable evaluating technical talent, including for roles outside your own expertise
• Experience closing candidates at senior or high-stakes levels, even when your offer isn’t the highest
• Practiced in using AI tools as part of a recruiting workflow
• Comfortable making decisions jointly with multi-functional partners
• Know when to ask for help vs. solving something independently
• Effective written and verbal communication, including candid feedback

• Act with urgency to keep candidates warm and searches on track without cutting corners

The opportunity

Unity is growing our ML, AI, & Product recruiting team, and we want you to help us find the people who will build what's next. You will partner directly with hiring managers across a high-speed, high-performing organization, running a full-cycle recruiting process from first conversation to signed offer. You will be trusted to move fast, use good judgment, and bring both technical rigor and genuine care to every candidate interaction. Zone A — $91,000 - $100,300 - $108,500

Zone B — $107,700 - $118,300 - $130,900

Zone C — $130,400 - $142,700 - $155,100

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
