Early Warning Services LLC is hiring a Sr. Recruiter for a hybrid role in Scottsdale, AZ to partner with hiring leaders to source, screen, and place top talent.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, a BA/BS, and a proven ability to build pipelines for fintech and leadership roles. Experience with Workday and applicant tracking systems is preferred, along with strong communication and risk-conscious hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to source and fill top talent for designated lines of business and leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence others.
• Advanced understanding of industry trends, best practices, and creative recruiting tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent candidate research and sourcing skills.
• Background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements
