Arxlight in Oakland is seeking an experienced recruiter to identify and attract top talent for critical roles. You will partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies and balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, guiding the interview process, and delivering a superb candidate experience while staying aligned with employment laws and market trends.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• Minimum of 8 years recruiting experience, preferably from both a corporate and/or agency environment.
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent.
• High volume recruiting experience (preferred).
• Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends.
• The ability to lead projects to successful conclusion - balancing efficiency with quality.
• Computer savvy - experienced user of an ATS and Microsoft Office.

• Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
• Shepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
• Using a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
• Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Arxlight environment
• Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
