A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Job description

Currently seeking a Senior Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $44–$48/hour to start

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week | Fully Remote

Duration: 4-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for the Operations and PDS&T sub-function, focusing on attracting top-tier talent and building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, requisition tracking in Taleo ATS, and preparing competitive offer packages.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop and execute sourcing strategies, track recruiting metrics, and provide market insights using data and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience with proactive sourcing and talent engagement strategies
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with SmartRecruiters and/or Workday ATS is preferred
