Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Westminster, CO seeks a Sr. Realty Specialist to oversee acquisition, disposition, administration, and project management from initiation to closeout.

You will handle title documents, licenses, access agreements, and environmental easements, interfacing with DOE Realty Officers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, including Water and Mineral Rights research; travel up to 10% is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Provide realty support to all Sites including site transition, leases, access agreements, property research, etc.
  • FIMS Support (quality review of annual data validation packages and source documentation).
  • Provide support in negotiation of real estate documents, including lease, sale, or transfer of Department of Energy real property.
  • Assist with Contract Deliverables – Siting Plan, 5-year Planning and Budgeting Guide, Real Property manual, Real Property Working Files, quarterly contract updates.
  • Provide support on title documents and other realty instruments, such as licenses, access agreements, restrictive covenants, and environmental easements.
  • Special research or projects as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a Sr. Realty Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing all phases and steps of acquisition, disposition, administration, and project management from initiation phases to project closeout. Provide support on title documents and other realty instruments, such as licenses, access agreements, restrictive covenants, and environmental easements. Conduct/manage/support interactions with Department of Energy (DOE) Realty Officers who develop, oversee, and/or execute real property transactions.

FLSA: Exempt
Hiring Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)
Travel: 10% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Scientific Field, or related field. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with Water Rights and Mineral Rights research.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • No professional certification required.

Essential Physical Requirements
