This role is critical to ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers.

What You Will Do:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of operations employees on the first shift to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Production Oversight: Coordinate daily production operations, monitor workflow, and allocate resources to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, and efficiency. Implement corrective actions as necessary to meet operational goals.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 5yrs of experience with prior relevant in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role. Or an advance degree with three years of experience. U.S Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Advanced education or technical certifications are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
