What You Will Do:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of operations employees on the first shift to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Production Oversight: Coordinate daily production operations, monitor workflow, and allocate resources to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Performance Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, quality, and efficiency. Implement corrective actions as necessary to meet operational goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 5yrs of experience with prior relevant in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role. Qualifications We Prefer:

• Advanced education or technical certifications are a plus.
