What You'll Do

• Develop and reformulate OTC, cosmetic, personal care, beauty, and pet care products
• Lead projects from concept through commercialization
• Support scale‑up and manufacturing trials
• Troubleshoot formulation and processing challenges
• Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams
• Work directly with customers to bring their ideas to life

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field preferred
• 5+ years of formulation experience
• Experience with cosmetics, personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical, or pet care products
• Strong problem‑solving and project‑management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Bonus Points For

• Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) experience
