What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and maintain monthly management reporting, including financial results and variance analyses
- Assist with financial planning activities such as forecasting and reporting
- Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting of results and updated forecasts
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand key revenue drivers and provide insights
- Assist in modeling and analysis for capital planning and high-impact projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong financial experience in forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry or Financial Services
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as Discounted Cash Flow Methods and Financial Analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel, including keyboard shortcuts, macros, and formulas
- Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion / PBCS, Tableau, SAS, and Alteryx
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
