TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Quality Program Manager to lead systemic quality initiatives, analyze defect data, and drive corrective actions across functions. You will champion continuous improvement and mentor teams in data collection and Six Sigma practices.
Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional groups, delivering data-driven insights to leadership, and ensuring timely containment of issues while aligning with business objectives.

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Program Manager in Atlanta, GA.
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering or a related technical field.
Five years of elevator experience in either production, design, installation, or service required.
Five years of continuous improvement experience required.
Any experience required with: data analysis; root cause analysis and leading root cause investigations; defect identification, correction, and containment; coaching others in data collection system usage (i.e., Benchmark)
Execution in a matrix organization; and with delivering results against organization goals and timelines.
Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt training or certification required.
Up to 25% national and international travel required.
Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
