We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Workday team, specializing in Core HCM and responsible for end-to-end (E2E) and integration testing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday implementations and enhancements by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Core HCM modules and integrations.

Perform end-to-end testing across Workday modules and connected systems to validate business processes and data flows.

Identify, document, and track software defects, and collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure timely resolution.

Evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and standards to align with industry best practices.

Partner with automation engineers to optimize test coverage and efficiency through automation strategies.

Provide input into QA strategy, timelines, and resource planning for Workday-related projects.

Monitor testing progress and report on quality metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage and alignment with business requirements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience, with at least 2 years in Workday testing (Core HCM and integrations preferred).

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) or equivalent certification.

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
