• Supervise inspection, quality control, and NDT operations, including receiving inspection, final inspection, calibration, metallurgical lab, and related inspection areas.
• Coordinate work assignments and resource coverage for inspection operations in partnership with production teams.
• Review shop travelers, documentation, quality records, and document control requirements for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure employee testing, certifications, cross-training, safety standards, and housekeeping expectations are maintained.
• Support compliance with Quality Systems Manual requirements, AS/ISO standards, repair station requirements, and applicable quality procedures.
• Promote continuous improvement, lean principles, teamwork, customer service, and a high standard of quality performance across the department.
