Business Centric Technology in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to drive testing for our DART suite and corporate systems. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, lead testing efforts, and guide junior QA teammates.

You will create and maintain detailed test plans, collaborate with developers, and contribute to project planning and estimation. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on manual testing for websites, mobile apps, and hardware products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing on business-critical applications to validate performance, usability, and functionality.
• Create and maintain thorough test plans and test cases aligned with project goals.

• Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, .NET, or web technologies.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks -hands-on experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA , Confluence , and working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to write detailed and effective test plans and test cases .
