Acting as a senior subject‑matter expert, you’ll plan and lead internal and external audits, oversee supplier quality programs, and evaluate compliance across projects, materials, and equipment. You’ll identify risks, drive corrective actions, and ensure findings are resolved effectively. Along the way, you’ll mentor personnel on quality expectations, support management with technical guidance, maintain QA records, and champion a strong safety‑first, compliance‑driven culture across the organization.

We’d Love to Hear from People With:

  • 4+ years of quality assurance experience in an NRC, DOE, military, or similarly regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience conducting audits, assessments, and supplier oversight
  • Strong working knowledge of QA procedures, documentation, and corrective action processes
  • Proficiency with standard business and reporting tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.)
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

A Successful Candidate Brings:

  • ASQ certifications and/or Lead NQA-1 Auditor certification
  • Deep familiarity with NQA-1, DOE O 414.1D, and related NRC/DOE QA requirements
  • Experience leading audits and corrective action programs in complex technical environments
  • Military or defense‑related quality experience
