Job Description

Job Descriptions:

• Gather and document user requirements
• Ability to understand the data provided and the information to be communicated.
• Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data in QlikView
• Design, develop, and test QlikView scripts to import data from source systems and test QlikView dashboards to meet customer requirements
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents when provided
• Create and maintain technical design documentation
• Design Analytics Visualizations and support design changes through an iterative development process.
• Perform quality coding to business requirements
• Work directly with business units to define and prototype QlikView Applications
• Transform and load data from multiple sources into QlikView applications
• Provide input on proposing, evaluating and selecting appropriate design alternatives which meet client requirements and are consistent with client’s current standards and processes
• Strong knowledge on QlikView server architecture and building DVD's and VW's applying business rules and data validations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Ability to derive technical requirements from business goals and processes
• Experience in developing/architecting Analytics Solutions supporting multi-dimensional reporting
• Experience in sourcing data from disparate systems with a good understanding of their Data Models and ETL procedures
• Hands-on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced GUI development in QlikView
• Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing and data transformation
• Ability to write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of Analytics projects, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports & dashboards
