Job summary

Stanfield Systems Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Sr. QA Performance Tester with 5–7 years of experience. The role is a W2 position, with office hours 8 am–5 pm, and onsite work required though the role is mostly remote.

You will design and execute performance test plans using LoadRunner and JMeter, perform system, functional, regression, and integration testing, and lead QA initiatives on large projects across interfacing systems.

Job description

Job Title: Sr. QA Performance Tester

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Start Date: 8/10/2026

Type: W2 Employee

Location: Must be local to the Sacramento, CA region and be available to work onsite, although the position is mostly remote work currently. Office hours are between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Compensation: DOE and compensation package of benefits. Range of W2 Salaried $80K - 90K, W2 hourly $50-55/hr.

Pre-employment Requirements: Professional references, I-9 employment eligibility, successful criminal background and drug screen. Stanfield Systems does not sponsor Visa holding candidates.
