As a Sr. QA Manager, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Setup QA Practice at client - Head of QA Practice - Excellent client management

Experience: - 15+ Years

Location: - Remote

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills - 10 + years QA Manager, Test Plan creation, Automation, Full stack QA

Responsibilities: -

• Conduct daily standups and resolve queries of POC’s from each vertical
• Conduct current state assessment and provide “Maturity assessment report” to QA CoE lead
• Provide weekly status report to QA CoE lead
• Serve as a central point of contact for process-related inquiries and concerns.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing testing processes.
• Provide process improvement recommendations and implement them in teams
• Continuously monitor the implementation of defined processes to ensure adherence and effectiveness.
• Address deviations and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly to maintain compliance
• Provide training and resources to team members to ensure they understand and can effectively execute the defined testing processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation and guides for reference and guidance.
• Collaborate with other teams, including development, product management
