A leading technology company is seeking a Python Backend Developer to design scalable backend solutions for mission-critical systems. This remote role requires 3-5 years of experience in backend development, proficiency in Python, and knowledge of frameworks like Django or Flask. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $114,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
As a Python Backend Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable backend solutions that power mission-critical client systems. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and collaborate closely with product managers, project leads, and cross-functional development teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.

The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
