  • Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation trends, candidate expectations, and market intelligence within ophthalmology recruitment
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a high-touch, professional, and responsive process that reflects the organization’s brand
  • Coordinate and lead site visits, including itinerary development, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up engagement to drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance provider recruitment materials, digital presence, and outreach campaigns
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, credentialing, and internal hiring requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Support onboarding and transition planning to ensure successful integration and long-term retention of providers
  • Build long-term relationships with residency and fellowship programs to establish a sustainable talent pipeline
