What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform build, design, implementation, optimization, testing, validation, migration, maintenance, and production support of Epic contract models and rate calculations
- Conduct audits of provider setup within the provider information system to ensure accurate contract implementation
- Review and analyze contract-related trends to ensure claims payment accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve contract implementation issues related to system configuration and build parameters
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders to test and validate reimbursement terms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider contract implementation, contract analysis, or claims analysis in a managed care or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of government programs (Medicare and Medicaid) reimbursement and regulations
- Experience with Epic, database programming, and contract release notes
- Epic Contract Maintenance Certification
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Epic, SQL, Excel, and query tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PMMC Contract Management Tools
- Familiarity with reimbursement methodologies and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Previous experience working with complex reimbursement contracts
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
