Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in project success and strategic alignment, leading project execution, managing scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality, while fostering stakeholder engagement, communication, and continuous improvement within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

  2. Strategic Alignment and Benefits Realization: Collaborate on benefits definition, track realization, and ensure project contributions to organizational goals.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Engage across all levels, facilitate meetings, and manage interests to ensure project success.
  4. Project Evaluation and Review: Conduct reviews, assess performance, and validate hypotheses.
  5. Leadership, Communication, and Teamwork: Lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and foster collaboration.
  6. Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Promote best practices, maintain documentation, and act as liaison.
  7. Mission and Relationships: Build relationships aligned with organizational values and represent the EPMO externally.
  8. Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on efficiency, quality, and stakeholder needs.
  9. Professional and Ethical Standards: Uphold ethics, participate in community initiatives.
  10. Governance and Process Improvement: Ensure compliance, implement standards, and contribute to methodology refinement.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of project management experience; 6 years in project management with at least 3 in IT/healthcare/insurance; experience with Waterfall, Agile, PMBOK; proven deployment success; strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; flexible work schedule; reporting to Manager; remote location.
