About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Large Projects Division. You\'ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value construction projects across the U.S., with project values ranging from $10M to $100M.

Current project locations include South Carolina, Georgia, and Utah, with more on the horizon.

This role requires a willingness to travel extensively to project sites, often working on-site for extended periods of time. A typical rotation may include 8 weeks on the road followed by 5 days at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Earned Value & Government Contracting
  • Generate contract performance reports and validate cost data.
  • Ensure compliance with EV guidelines and government policies.
  • Conduct integrated reviews and risk assessments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or related field ().
  • 10+ years of experience in construction (education + experience considered).
  • Proven success managing large-scale projects in the construction industry.
  • Earned Value and Government Contracting experience is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Viewpoint & MS Project a plus).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and solve complex problems.
